*For those wishing to participate in the excursion on October 28 (Wed), please note that you will be assigned to either the Hakone Course or Kamakura Course, depending on availability.
The Gotemba Kogen Winery Course and Asakusa & Tokyo Skytree Course have been cancelled as they did not meet the minimum number of participants required to operate.

Due to the large number of applications received, registration for the Tokyo Racecourse VIP Tour has now been closed.
Please note that, due to limited capacity, not all applicants can be accommodated. Even if you have submitted an application, you may receive a notification that your application was not successful. We appreciate your understanding.

Priority for social events, including the Tokyo Racecourse Tour, will be given to participants who register during the Early Bird registration period.
Participants who register after the Early Bird deadline may not be able to join these events.

Presenting authors or their replacement must complete conference registration by July 15.
If a presenter is not registered for a specific abstract at that time, the abstract will be removed from the presentation roster.
