Payment Method

Please make the online payment by credit card.

  • VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB are accepted.
  • Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
  • Please use a credit card that is valid at least until November, 2026.
  • The payee should be listed as β€œKinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.” in your credit card statement. However, the payee name might be slightly different depending on the card company.
  • Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

In case of changes and cancellations, please contact the support desk by e-mail with your registration number in the subject line.
Contacts received outside of our business hours will be processed on our next business day. (The cancellation policy of the next business day will apply.)

Cancellation Policy for Participation Registrants

Before 10 August, 2026 [JST = UTC+9] JPY2,000
On or after 11 August, 2026 [JST = UTC+9] 100% of the fee (No refund)

*Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for payment upon deducting the cancellation penalties.
*Partial refunds are not possible due to system limitations. In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be charged then the originally charged amount will be refunded to the credit card.
Due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies, the timing of when each transaction appears on your credit card statement may vary.
