*If you are registering at the student rate, you should upload a copy of student ID (student card or official admission letter) which is valid at the time of the conference upon registration.
*For One-day Pass, you can select 26, 27, 29, and 30 October. (Please note that One-day Pass does not include the Gala Dinner.)
*Accompanying person's registration fee does not include access to technical sessions and program book.

Payment Method
Please make the online payment by credit card.
(Early-bird registrants are requested to complete payment by August 10. Regular registrants are requested to complete payment promptly.)
- VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB are accepted.
- Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Please use a credit card that is valid at least until November, 2026.
- The payee should be stated as βKinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.β in your credit card statement. However, it might be slightly different depending on the card company.
- It may take two or three months for the transaction to appear on your credit card statement due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies.
Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy
In case of changes and cancellations, please contact the registration desk by e-mail with your registration number in the subject line.
Contacts received outside of our business hours will be processed on our next business day. (The cancellation policy of the next business day will apply.)

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for payment upon deducting the cancellation penalties.
*Partial refunds are not possible due to system limitations. Therefore, the originally charged amount will be refunded to the credit card, then the cancellation fee / new registration fee will be charged.
*While the above two transactions are conducted consecutively, the timing of when each transaction appears on your credit card statement may vary due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies.
*On behalf of Organizing Committee of ICEEP 12, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT) offers the online site for the conference registration.
