Toshi Center Hotel Tokyo

Each meeting room at the hotel is easy to reach from the main lobby. All meeting rooms have first-class amenities, with particular emphasis on room flexibility.

Catering

There are two restaurants and a lounge cafe in the hotel. Guests can explore the numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in the vicinity, thus giving delegates plenty of opportunities to enjoy their meals.

Plenary Session & Gala Dinner

The plenary session and the gala dinner will take place in the “Cosmos Hall” on the 3rd floor, which can seat 504 classroom style.

Poster Session

The poster session will take place in the meeting rooms on the 6th floor.

Exhibition Hall

For the exhibition, Rooms 601 (166 m2) and 606 (157 m2) on the 6th floor have been allocated.

Lunch

Room 601

Lunch will be served in buffet-style for four days during the Conference in the Orion on the 3rd floor and the rooms Subaru, Kiku, Sakura, and Ran on the 5th floor.
